This includes a minimum of 4 x 60 minute Zoom sessions. It also includes responses to Whatapp voice notes, messages and questions within office hours. My clients love this aspect of the support as they often have extra information to share with me inbetween appointments.
The 12 week plan also includes....
Up to 2 private functional tests from my preferred labs. (Up to the value of £625).I will order these on your behalf- liaise with the labs to interpret your results and then these results will inform your treatment protocol. The 2 tests that are the most illuminating are Stool Microbiome Tests and DNA testing for genetic mutations. These tests are worth £395 and £250 respectively.

Letter to your GP for blood requistion. You'll be amazed what might have been missed in your routine blood testing from your GP. My letter will incliude justification for further tests that might be useful to gather further information about your health.

Bespoke treatment, lifestyle and supplement plan based on results of lab work and GP testing. This includes 1 x week bespoke meal plan- based on your unique physiological needs as well as likes and dislikes of course. The plan also includes my own devised recipes.

As the gut is the seat of good health- We will work within the Institute of Functional Medicines gut healing protocol. Optimising gut health means we are able to absorb the maxmium nutrients- not just from our foods but from any supplementation too.
The beauty of this package is we can also dig deeply into boundary setting, habit forming, trauma release , aligning with soul purpose and radical healing.

This plan is suitable for the more independent client who is already on their healing journey but perhaps need some very focussed support around meal planning, high nutrition or addressing deficiencies such as anomalies with bloodwork.
